Minerva Thai (she/her) is a lifelong learner. She seeks the thrill of learning about and understanding diverse perspectives, experiences, and areas of practice. That could encompass people, societies, creatures, and all assortments of ephemera; the information is enthusiastically catalogued in the recesses of her introspective and pondering mind, ready to be wielded when the time is right.

Her corporate work has been recognized with multiple awards throughout her career and shared in main stage presentations at various conferences, but her creative work and involvement in healing animals are what stoke her internal fire. Her writing is informed by an amalgamation of her upbringing as the middle child of refugees, experience navigating what it meant to “make it” in the capitalistic U.S. as an Asian-American woman, voracious reading, journeys through delving into less common interests, and so much more.

Minerva is always in the middle of several books, dreams up random writing exercises periodically, listens to podcasts at 2.5x speed, attempts to cook everything from scratch, and regularly wrangles two big rescue dogs.

What people have said about my corporate work and me.

“The best thing about her is the way that she treats people. She approaches conversations with genuine curiosity that makes you feel so heard and supported.”

“She is a clear communicator with an unflappable disposition, but she wields a sense of humor that is so unexpected that it completely disarms her audience and puts them under her spell.”

“Minerva is smart, empathetic, inclusive and really brings her whole self to everything she does.”

“I always learn so much every time you present or I talk to you.”

“Every question you ask gives us an opportunity to go deeper. People really lean in when you speak.”

“[You] set the high bar as far as modeling leadership, collaboration, and being a SME. You make crazy-complicated topics both digestible and entertaining.”

“I love how clear and useful [your] breakdown was...Not only was this a great presentation, but it's also a great example of how to use examples to make complex topics relatable.”
